Working in concert with the very talented team at NZ Builders and direct input from the end client, Wenner was tasked with designing, integrating, and programming a fully automated home, all while factoring in the concrete tilt slab construction method. Both inside and out, the home’s attention to detail and finishing choices must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.

Specific initiatives designed, integrated, and managed by Wenner included:

• Tirelessly detailed CAD drawings including conduit plans, automation design, power and lighting design, and security design.
• Fully automated Crestron residential control system integrating the home’s HVAC, lighting, window coverings, media, network, and security systems — simplifying the homeowner’s experience while at the home. Delivered by Intuitiv.
• Luxury power and lighting package featuring designer receptacles, bespoke decorative lighting, and intentional accent lighting.
