Sandy Nygaard’s interior design practice has produced some of the most accomplished west coast contemporary residences in the Wenner portfolio. The technology coordination on a Sandy Nygaard project is typically restrained — fixtures sit clean against architectural finishes, keypads disappear into wall planes, audio is invisible.

- Sandstone — Stephenson Point, Nanaimo. Designed by Keith Baker, built by TS Williams Construction. Complete home integration with panelised lighting, multi-zone audio, video distribution, security, and Kohler backup power.
- Ciel — A Coastal Masterpiece — Dorcas Point, in the Parksville catchment. Built by TS Williams Construction. Bespoke Crestron user interface by Intuitiv, integrated boathouse, automation across an extensive site.
