Keith Baker’s architectural work on Vancouver Island has produced some of the most carefully detailed residential projects on the Island. The Sandstone residence on Stephenson Point in Nanaimo is the Wenner reference project from the Keith Baker collaboration — a contemporary west coast home where the integration scope had to live up to the architectural language.
Projects we’ve worked on together
- Sandstone — west coast contemporary on Stephenson Point. Built by TS Williams Construction with interiors by Sandy Nygaard. The technology brief covered panelised lighting, multi-zone audio, video distribution, power shading, security with CCTV, and a Kohler standby generator.
Why we work well together
The drawings that come out of Keith Baker’s practice are dense — the level of detail in the architectural set requires the technology drawings to match. The Wenner team produces RCPs, panel schedules, conduit layouts and rough-in plans at the same scale and convention so the trades on site work from a single coordinated package.
